Due Process? Not in America

Another US citizen is being held without bail, on secret charges, and without due process. We must write our Congressional representatives and appeal to their dedication to Constitional law and ask them to intervene in this serious and chilling case. Mike Hawash is a former contract software engineer for Intel and now faces prosecution under the USA Patriot Act.
